New and tasty experiences at CIFF
CIFF and CIFFKIDS are offering outstanding food throughout the fair in February! Nothing less than five different catering venues will be ready to serve our exhibitors and visitors a delicious range of food whenever they feel peckish. The following firms are represented at the fashion fair in February:
STICKS'N'SUSHI
The knack is to have a treat - without overdoing it. The whole idea with Sticks'n'Sushi is to serve small minimalist individual delicacies which, eaten together, constitute a delicious meal. They endeavour to create a rich culinary experience with few means. Thoroughness and discipline are therefore some of the qualities which have been imported with an open mind and a willingness to explore new avenues from Japanese cuisine. Read more at www.sushi.dk.

THE BAGEL CO.
In 1994, Birthe and Barak tasted a bagel for the first time in New York. It was in Manhattan at a coffee shop on a busy street nestling between all the skyscrapers. And it tasted fantastic! They immediately fell for this fantastic bread, and two years and countless bagels later they founded The Bagel Co. Initially, they planned to import bagels for resale. But as their customers had no idea what to do with the bagels, Birthe and Barak decided to open The Bagel Co's first bagel shop in Gothersgade in Copenhagen's city centre. KONTRA KAFFE

Olriks has developed a concept based on the needs of modern consumers for fast and tasty meals.

FOGAROLLI COFFEE
Fogarolli's unique coffee concept was developed in Italy. Since 2006, the company has been operating in Sweden, but it continues to maintain strong links with the country where espresso coffee was born - Italy. Read more at www.fogarolli.com.
